Scholarship Application Regulations
Step1：Please fill out the application form and hand it over to the contact person by the given deadline.
1. Applicant have paper/post/oral presentation：download Application1: word
2. Applicant have no paper/post/oral presentation：download Application2: word
Step2：After your application has undergone primary review by the Admission and Academic Development Committee, you will be notified to download the Reference Form (推薦表), and Personal Information Collection Statement and Authorization Agreement (個資收集告知函) from the website of the Office of Student Affairs, and hand it over to the contact person as soon as possible.
