深化雙方在學術與研究領域的國際合作

高雄醫學大學（KMU）生命科學院與印度清奈理工學院（Chennai Institute of Technology, CIT）簽署合作備忘錄（MoU），為雙方在學術與研究領域的國際合作邁出重要一步。簽約儀式在生命科學院許智能院長，醫藥暨應用化學系系主任林韋佑，庫碼教授與CIT策略發展暨國際事務主任Bala Krishna出席下隆重舉行。此次策略性夥伴關係旨在推動聯合研究計畫、師生交流計畫、學術研討會及跨領域合作平台，涵蓋化學、生物技術、生物醫學工程、醫學科技與其他跨學科領域。
The College of Life Sciences of Kaohsiung Medical University ( KMU ) and the Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT ) in India signed a Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ), marking an important step in the international cooperation between the two parties in the fields of academics and research.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Dean Hsu Chih-Neng of the School of Life Sciences, Director of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Applied Chemistry Wei-Yu Lin, Professor Kuma, and CIT Director of Strategic Development and International Affairs Bala Krishna . This strategic partnership aims to promote joint research projects, faculty and student exchange programs, academic seminars and cross-disciplinary cooperation platforms covering chemistry, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, medical technology and other interdisciplinary fields.
高雄醫學大學生命科學院院長許智能教授表示：「我們非常高興能與CIT建立合作關係，雙方在學術卓越與科學創新方面擁有共同的願景，這將為我們的研究與教學注入新的動能。」
CIT策略發展暨國際事務主任Bala Krishnan則指出：「這項合作將為我們的師生創造國際化機會，並加速高影響力研究的創新成果。」
Professor Hsu Chih-Neng, Dean of the College of Life Sciences at Kaohsiung Medical University, said: “We are very pleased to establish a collaborative relationship with CIT . Both parties share a common vision for academic excellence and scientific innovation, which will inject new momentum into our research and teaching.”
Bala Krishnan, Director of Strategic Development and International Affairs at CIT, said: “This collaboration will create international opportunities for our faculty and students and accelerate innovative results from high-impact research.”
本次合作備忘錄的簽署，展現了KMU與CIT共同推動教育與研究進步的承諾，也彰顯KMU生命科學院持續致力於拓展國際學術夥伴關係，提升其作為創新與研究卓越的國際聲譽。
The signing of this MOU demonstrates KMU and CIT’s commitment to jointly promote advancements in education and research, and also underscores KMU’s School of Life Sciences’ continued commitment to expanding international academic partnerships and enhancing its international reputation as a center for innovation and research excellence.
